Rapid fuel analysis. Rapid fuel analysis can be performed on diesel fuel, fuel oil and aviation fuel. The rapid analysis identifies all relevant characteristics of the fuel, from impurity content, water, and moisture content to its suitability for its intended use. The completion time is about 1 - 2 working days.

An extensive fuel analysis comprehensively informs e.g., for example, the flash point, freezing point, foreign substances in the fuel, additives, water and e.g., coolant. It is also possible to determine the bio component and Fame.

Rapid oil analyses are very useful and cost-effective for continuous trend monitoring of oil quality and equipment damage prevention. A rapid analysis provides an overview of all the relevant characteristics of the oil- from the level of contaminants and moisture content to its suitability for its intended use. 

An extensive oil analysis comprehensively detects, for example, different wear particles and their quality, as well as additive concentrations in the oil. In addition, extensive oil analysis is often able to detect wear of various components, coolant, or fuel leakage into the oil.

MIROBIAL CULTIVATION

Microbial culture is recommended to be done on diesel, heating oil and aviation fuels, as well as gear and hydraulic oils. Microbial growth is often the cause of poor fuel quality, as well as the formation of sludge ( bio-sludge ) in fuels and lubricating oils. This should always be carried out as part of the fuel analysis.
