Terms of delivery
Terms of sale of Merina Ay's online store. These general sales terms apply to all purchase contracts made by the customer with Merina Ay. By ordering, you accept these general terms and conditions.
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT.
We reserve the right to price changes.
We reserve the right to text and image errors in the online store and catalogs. In the case of clearly incorrectly priced products, Merina Ay reserves the right to cancel the order.
There may be technical errors on the website, and you can report them to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
The normal delivery time is 3-10 business days. The delivery time of the order is determined by the delivery times of the products. If the order contains products that are not currently in stock, the order will only be delivered when all products are ready to be shipped. In this case, we will contact the customer separately. The delivery time is indicative and does not bind the sender. If your order is urgent, mention it when placing the order.
Terms of delivery
The delivery costs for domestic package deliveries are tied to the weight of the shipment, and the delivery costs for each order can be determined when placing the order.
Shipments abroad are delivered and charged according to the agreement, and these conditions are confirmed at the time of the order.
Business customers: Our packages in Europe are delivered by Post Nord, Schenker or DHL.
We deliver flatbed transport and large-sized products to the recipient's loading dock or to the reception of the goods at street level.
We charge shipping costs for unreceived shipments. Uncollected shipment is not a cancellation of the order and does not release the recipient from responsibility for shipping costs already incurred.
Private customers: Packages for private customers are delivered to Post Nord's service point / pick-up point or sent home, depending on size and quality. Packages are stored at service points for 7 days. We charge shipping costs for unreceived shipments. Uncollected shipment is not a cancellation of the order and does not release the recipient from responsibility for shipping and return costs already incurred.
Post-delivery of less than 15 euros (VAT 0%) will not be delivered.
Customer returns must be agreed separately with our customer service: email@example.com / +358 (0)45 330 1200. Contact must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the goods.
The product must be returned no later than 14 days after the return has been agreed with customer service.
If the reason for the return is something other than the incorrect quality of the product or an error in the product information, the seller has the right to charge the costs incurred for delivery and return.
The right of return only applies to unused and salable products. A product returned in violation of the terms will not be refunded and the product will not be returned.
Notes on transport damage must be made when receiving the shipment.
Comments regarding the order and invoice must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods or invoice.
Remarks regarding the quality of the products must be made to us within a reasonable time without any additional delay.
When buying from the online store, payment is made with the order and the payment term for invoicing customers is 14 or 30 days net, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service.
Interest on late payment is 16%.
Creditworthiness is checked when ordering.
Merina Ay reserves the right to request an advance payment if the subscriber has trouble entries in his credit information or payment history.
Invoices are primarily sent electronically as online invoices or by e-mail. The paper invoicing supplement is €7.90 (VAT 0%) from 1 March 2021. To Finland €3,90 (VAT 0%).
